18K Productions Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits & Payments

All deposits for photoshoots are non-refundable, unless the fault lies with 18K Productions. In such cases, clients may receive credit toward a future PHOTOshoot.

Final payments are due in cash. We also accept CashApp and Zelle, but applicable taxes will be added.

A $50 rescheduling fee applies if rescheduling is done less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot or if you reschedule more than once.

Same-day appointments are not available unless confirmed personally by 18K Productions.

A $50-$100 travel fee may apply depending on location.

2. Scheduling & Late Policy

All appointments will be confirmed the morning of the scheduled session.

Late fee: $20 will be charged if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment.

If you wish to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is allowed once only.

3. Editing & Delivery

Lifestyle edits take 3-5 business days to complete after the client submits the photos they want edited.

Studio edits may require up to 7 business days for completion.

Same-day edits are available for an additional $50 fee and will be delivered within 24 hours of submission (not on the shoot day). Same-day edits only apply to the individual that purchased same day edits.

4. Image Usage & Rights

By booking with 18K Productions, you grant permission for the use of your images for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes use on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), the official 18K Productions website, and other digital or print marketing materials.

If you prefer certain images to remain private or not be used for promotional purposes, please notify 18K Productions in writing before your session.

5. Digital Signature & Agreement

By checking the box agreeing to these terms during the booking process, you provide a legally binding digital signature confirming your acceptance of all policies and terms listed above.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of services or fees

6. Liability & Client Responsibilities
Clients participate at their own risk. 18K Productions LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages sustained during the session.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time.
Weather or other unforeseen events may require rescheduling; the Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control.
